Returns
All sales made are final and cannot be refunded or canceled once the payment has been processed and the order is confirmed. We do not accept returns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
No return and refund, only exchange is available
Exchange
If you aren't happy with the fit of your purchase or need to exchange with another size, we offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery date.
Exchange of products will be processed with in 5-7 working days
Shipping is externally charged Rs. 200.
Please use the exchange form to put in your exchange request :)
Exchange Eligibility
Eiaraa allows exchanges for unused and undamaged products within 3 days of delivery.
The item will only be eligible for exchange if you have received the wrong size.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The item must not be damaged, altered, or washed.
The item must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team from the "Place an Exchange Request" section on our website or email us. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
